  • ​$9.95 Flat Rate Shipping Australia-wide for orders under $99.
  • ​All shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Refunds Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.


To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.


Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a fault or error on our part. This policy complies with consumer protection regulations.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Pre-orders will be processed within 2–3 business days of stock arrival.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all order details. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund only the original order, excluding any shipping costs.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! All orders of Thryve Clean tablets over $99 qualify for free shipping anywhere in Australia. For orders under $99, Standard shipping rates apply.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-7 days within Australia. You'll get a tracking number once your order is dispatched. 

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via trusted courier services across Australia You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispathced so you can follow it every step of the way.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and delivery speed. You can check the available options and pricing on our delivery tablet at checkout. Order over $99 qualify for free shipping within Australia. 

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order only, excluding any shipping costs.
